MICHAEL J. BEAUDINE chairs the firm’s litigation department. Michael is a business trial lawyer, with particular experience in complex commercial litigation, in both state and federal courts. Michael is also recognized for extensive experience in trademark and copyright disputes and with complicated matters involving resort and themed developments (for Universal City Development Partners). Michael has successfully taken numerous cases to trial (or arbitration) and through appeal. Michael’s expertise includes handling matters in the following areas:
