Marc Levine is a partner in the firm’s litigation department, where his practice is primarily focused on commercial/business litigation, including both trial and appellate work, in Florida courts.  Marc’s experience includes complex contract disputes, construction and real estate litigation, banking litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, business tort and trade secret litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and intellectual property litigation.

Marc joined Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP in September 2019, after spending the first 13 years of his career at GrayRobinson, P.A.
