Lena R. Fucile is a dedicated and compassionate Family Law attorney who guides clients through some of the most difficult and transformative chapters of their lives. She was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida, a proud graduate of Lake Highland Preparatory School.

Her academic journey took her across the country to Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Communications—a foundation that supports her approach to listening, advocacy, and conflict resolution. Lena returned to Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law, where she distinguished herself as a Family Law Teaching Assistant, served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael G. Williamson in Bankruptcy Court, served as a Guardian Ad Litem advocate and worked as a Summer Associate at a prestigious Orlando law firm.

From the outset of her legal career, Attorney Fucile felt called to Family Law—not simply for its legal complexity, but for its human depth. A mentor once told her that family law attorneys “help good people on their worst day,” a truth that has stays with her and shapes the way she practices. She approaches each case with empathy, clarity, and the steady belief that resolution is possible, even when emotions are high. Attorney Fucile strives to settle contentious cases in meditation, solidifying a fair and satisfying result for each of her clients.

In August 2025, she will expand her services to include Collaborative Divorce, offering families a forward-thinking, non-adversarial alternative to traditional litigation. This model allows both parties—supported by attorneys and neutral professionals—to resolve matters privately, respectfully, and constructively.
