Kristen E. Trucco represents housing finance authorities as Issuer’s counsel for loan and tax-exempt bond transactions, and as disclosure counsel for bond transactions.  Kristen also serves as general counsel to community development districts, counseling on topics including local government law, public infrastructure, financing and maintenance obligations.  In addition, Kristen counsels developers and landowners regarding land development and the establishment, expansion and financing of community development districts.

Kristen’s background includes representation of developers in construction defect litigation and litigation related to business transactions and insurance defense.
