Keith Brown is an associate at Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Keith served as a Law Clerk at Latham Luna, where he worked closely alongside the firm’s commercial litigation attorneys. His background is deeply rooted in judicial and courtroom procedures. Keith served as a Summer Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert Egan in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and spent a summer with a prestigious civil defense firm, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of civil litigation.

Keith earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in May 2026. He received his undergraduate degree from Weber State University, where he played football for the Wildcats — an experience that instilled in him the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive he brings to advocating for his clients. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in September 2026.

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Keith has deep roots in the Central Florida community and is committed to serving the businesses and individuals who call it home.
