Justin M. Luna is a board certified business bankruptcy partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and business reorganization department and advises clients in restructuring matters across Florida and the southeast. He regularly represents public and private companies, significant secured creditors, investors and asset-purchasers in troubled company financings and restructuring transactions, including out-of-court workouts and formal insolvency proceedings. Mr. Luna is also a Federal and Florida trial attorney who represents companies and individuals litigate fraudulent transfers, preferences, complex commercial and banking as well as financial technology matters.

Mr. Luna’s has advised participants in the financial restructuring of: Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Aeropostale, Inc., Furniture Country Gallery, The Vue at Lake Eola, Gooding’s Supermarkets as well as MGM Resorts, LLC and many others. Mr. Luna has extensive experience in representing clients in a wide range of industries which include: financial services, entertainment, hospitality, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, aviation, information technology, biomedical, real estate and logistics.

Mr. Luna has consistently been AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, chosen as a Next Generation Participant by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and has been named as a finalist of the Top 40 Under 40 by the Orlando Business Journal. Mr. Luna is also a frequent speaker and author on a variety of topics across the bankruptcy and banking spectrum.
