Daniel A. Velasquez is a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and business reorganization department. Mr. Velasquez advises clients in restructuring matters across Florida and the southeast. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, investors and asset-purchasers in financial restructuring transactions, out-of-court workouts and formal insolvency proceedings.
Mr. Velasquez has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of industries which include financial services, healthcare, retail, real estate, aviation, hospitality, biomedical, chemical, marine construction, food service, toy & game manufacturing, transportation, technology, petroleum, software, flooring, and religious services. Mr. Velasquez is also a litigator in both State and Federal courts who has represented companies and individuals in civil and commercial litigation matters.
