Daniel A. Velasquez is an associate in the firm’s bankruptcy reorganization department. Mr. Velasquez concentrates his practice on complex commercial reorganizations. Although Mr. Velasquez’s primary representation focuses on representing debtor’s in complex reorganization cases, prior to joining Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, Daniel represented individuals, single member and single-asset companies in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
