Daniel A. Velasquez is a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and business reorganization department and Chairman of the firm’s Aviation practice group. Mr. Velasquez advises clients in restructuring and aviation related transactions and litigation matters across Florida and the southeast. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, investors and asset-purchasers in financial restructuring transactions, out-of-court workouts and formal insolvency proceedings, and represents Federal Aviation Administration certified operators, flight schools and repair stations.

Mr. Velasquez has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of industries which include aviation, financial services, healthcare, retail, real estate, hospitality, biomedical, chemical, marine construction, food service, toy & game manufacturing,  transportation, technology, petroleum, software, flooring, and religious services. Mr. Velasquez is also a litigator in both State and Federal courts who has represented companies and individuals in civil and commercial litigation matters.
