On October 28, 2015, Justin M. Luna, a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and insolvency group, confirmed two Chapter 11 plans of reorganization. First, Mr. Luna confirmed the operating plan of reorganization for Tireco, Inc. a tire distributor and retailer based in Longwood, Florida. Second, Mr. Luna confirmed the plan of reorganization over the objection of the largest secured creditor, of G&G Holdings, LLC a real estate investment company.
