Latham, Luna, Eden and Beaudine, LLP is excited to announce the addition of Josh Grosshans. Josh joins the firm as of counsel in the Litigation Department. Josh brings his experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters. He has represented clients across a number of industries including construction, transportation, hospitality, timeshare, retail, real estate, landlord-tenant, healthcare, restaurants, associations as well as churches and private schools. Josh also uses his litigation experience to help clients avoid lawsuits through the drafting and negotiation of contracts and working through local code and zoning compliance issues with county and municipal governments.
In 2012 Josh was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida where he assists the Governor in the selection attorneys to fill judicial vacancies.
