On January 26, 2026, Attorney Jennifer S. Eden successfully spearheaded the efforts to obtain approval from the Orlando City Commissioners on behalf of Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts to proceed with construction of a “listening garden” project which will be located along South Street, outside of the Judson’s Live venue, to provide free access for onlookers to enjoy the concerts.
