Daniel A. Velasquez Elected to Board of Directors of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association
Orlando, Florida – December 15, 2016 – Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP is pleased to announce that associate attorney Daniel A. Velasquez has been elected to the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s (CFBLA) Board of Directors to serve a three year term beginning in 2017. CFBLA is a non-profit organization that supports the collegial and professional practice of bankruptcy law in the Orlando Division of the Middle District of Florida. This is accomplished through continuing education and service to the bench, bar and community. The CFBLA serves all bankruptcy practitioners in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Brevard Counties.
At Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, Velasquez is an attorney in the firm’s bankruptcy and business reorganization department concentrating his practice on complex commercial reorganizations. Although Mr. Velasquez’s primary representation focuses on representing debtor’s in complex reorganization cases, prior to joining the firm, Daniel represented individuals, single-member and single-asset companies in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
