Philosophy
The LLEB Corporate Group utilizes a team approach to do what it takes to “get the deal done.”  Led by a seasoned business lawyer partner, each deal team is responsive to the needs of the client and works to tailor solutions that are mutually acceptable to successfully conclude each transaction.  Additionally, to enhance the team approach, the LLEB Corporate Group has available to it experienced employment, intellectual property, restructuring and real estate lawyers, and when necessary, commercial litigators.

Services
The LLEB Corporate Group routinely assists clients with entity formation and organization including limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, non-profit corporations and agricultural co-operatives.  Our business lawyer also assist with corporate governance issues, including shareholder or partner disputes; contract drafting, negotiation and review; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; real estate transactions; commercial leasing; and corporate finance, both debt and equity.

The LLEB Corporate Group represents clients over a broad spectrum of industries.  We have done deals for a variety of retailers and manufacturers, including furniture stores, appliance stores, home improvement stores, car and RV dealerships, dry ice manufacturers, chemical companies and clothing manufacturers, to name just a few.  We have extensive experience in the financial services sector including representing full-service banks and credit card companies.  Additionally, we have handled numerous transactions in the natural resources sector including sales of coal and other mineral mines, supply agreements and oil and gas leasing.  We also represent game developers and other software related companies.
