April 2018 – Latham Luna presented with U.S. Flag flown in Afghanistan during recent rescue mission
LSEB was recently presented with the flag flown in its honor in a USAF HH-60G Pave Hawk Helicopter, call sign Pedro 31 during a recent rescue mission that took place in support of “Operation Freedom Sentinel”. The flag was presented to partners, Jennifer S. Eden and Peter G. Latham by Tech Sgt. Brian Pajor of the 308th Rescue Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base (pictured below).
Operation Freedom Sentinel’s rescue mission was led by the Pararescuemen of the 33rd and 308th Expeditionary Rescue Squadrons, Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan. “These Things We Do. That Others May Live.” LSEB proudly supports our U.S. Armed Services both here and overseas.
