Molly Maggiano practices in the areas of public finance, local government and real estate law. Molly provides representation to clients throughout Florida on a variety of issues relative to community development districts and other governmental entities, including establishment of special districts, financing and issuance of bonds, government administration and operational matters. In addition to her public finance and local government practice, Molly also represents clients in real estate and land use transactions, with an emphasis on representation of developers in the acquisition, sale, and development of property, creation and operation of property owner associations and utility turnovers.
Molly received her law degree from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University.
