Kathryn A. Huynh
KATHRYN A. HUYNH is an Associate in the Real Estate Department and also practices in the firm’s corporate, hospitality and public finance practice groups. Kathryn’s practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions and development, which includes advising developers on financing, land use, and construction issues for various projects throughout Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn worked at Walt Disney World assisting in-house counsel with real estate and resort development. Kathryn also received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Fredrick G. Levin College of Law. While in law school, Kathryn was a member of the Florida Tax Moot Court and a teaching assistant for the Master of Business Administration Program at the University of Florida. During law school, Kathryn interned for in-house counsel at Tech Data Corporation and at GTE Financial.
Kathryn received her Master of Arts in International Business with a Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Florida Hough Graduate School of Business. Kathryn also received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Finance from the University of Florida.
Kathryn is involved in her community and committed to giving back to others. She currently serves as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of abused, neglected and abandoned children in Central Florida. Kathryn has also served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, building homes and improving communities in Central Florida for numerous years.
